HR Business Partner for UNIQLO Ontario

Step into a key HR role with UNIQLO as an Area HR Business Partner in Ontario. This position offers the chance to shape workforce engagement while supporting store leaders across the region. As an HRBP at UNIQLO, you will engage directly with store managers and assist with employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning. This role requires advising on conflict resolution, leading workplace investigations, and ensuring adherence to employment laws. You will facilitate recruitment for mid-level positions and enhance employee engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise managers on employee relations and workforce issues
- Conduct workplace investigations and ensure legal compliance
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
- Enforce progressive discipline and manage terminations
- Monitor workforce trends to enhance engagement and retention
- University degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience in employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law
- Proven retail HR experience is advantageous
- Ability to travel 3 days per week within Ontario
