SHN HR Business Partner Opportunity

Enhance healthcare practices as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner at Scarborough Health Network. Focus on employee interactions, project management, and HR strategy implementation in an inclusive workplace. In this full-time HRBP role at SHN, positioned at Consilium Place, you will act as a key strategist and leader. Your responsibilities will include promoting HR initiatives, managing labor relations, and engaging with diverse teams to ensure workforce satisfaction. With a strong focus on compliance and operational excellence, you'll address complex workforce issues and align HR solutions with organizational needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic HR initiatives and client engagement
- Oversee workplace investigations and outcomes
- Collaborate with Union leadership on conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with HR legislation and policies
- Implement HR programs to support employee success
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- CHRP designation required
- Minimum five years’ experience in HR generalist roles
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office tools
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
