Drive HR excellence at UNIQLO as an Area HR Business Partner in Ontario. You'll support store managers to enhance employee engagement and productivity throughout the organization. This pivotal role requires a seasoned HR professional with at least three years of experience in employee relations and retail HR operations. You will act as the primary HR advisor, conducting workplace investigations, ensuring compliance with Canadian employment laws, and managing recruitment processes for mid-level management roles. Your impact will be felt across store teams, contributing to a culture of high performance and engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise store management on employee relations and compliance
• Conduct workplace investigations and handle conflict resolution
• Manage disciplinary actions and employee onboarding processes
• Monitor workforce trends to enhance employee retention
• Travel 3 days per week to Ontario locations as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Over 3 years of HR advisory experience
• Familiarity with Canadian employment law
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Open to travel and occasional regional support
