Drive impactful HR strategies as a Human Resources Business Partner with Flight Centre Travel Group in Toronto. This role requires expertise in employee relations and HR operations across Canada. As the Lead HR Business Partner, you will oversee daily HR operations, offering support to employees and leaders. With 3–6 years of experience, you will manage sensitive issues, foster stakeholder collaboration, and guide the implementation of the Workday HRIS. This role also involves conducting investigations and ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
Key Responsibilities Monitor HR operations and respond to employee inquiries
Support Workday HRIS rollout and manage training sessions
Oversee employee relations caseload with meticulous documentation
Conduct objective investigations and track case outcomes
Influence leaders through coaching on performance management
Requirements 3–6 years of HR experience in similar environments
2–4 years of direct employee relations experience
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage complex people matters
Resilient with a strategic mindset for HR delivery
