Senior HR Manager at Perennial

Perennial

Take charge of HR strategy and operations at Perennial, a leader in integrated healthcare. This Senior Manager role focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, and enhancing culture across multiple provinces. Perennial is seeking a Senior HR Manager to oversee the employee lifecycle in a fast-growing healthcare environment. This position requires a hands-on approach to build robust recruitment systems and ensure compliance across Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Quebec. Engage directly with clinical leadership to foster a positive workplace culture while managing employee relations and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for clinical and corporate roles
  • Design effective onboarding for quick productivity
  • Run performance reviews and develop retention strategies
  • Act as an advisor on culture and people decisions
  • Ensure HR practices comply with provincial regulations
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years in HR with leadership responsibilities
  • Experience in scaling HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law
  • Background in healthcare or distributed workforces
  • Excellent communication and judgment skills
