Support transformative HR initiatives at The Link: Youth and Family Supports as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. Elevate workplace culture through strategic HR management and consulting. You will work closely with the Chief People and Culture Officer, offering comprehensive HR advice and support across the organization. This role plays a vital part in driving performance solutions and policy implementation. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise leadership on organizational effectiveness and planning
• Implement coaching programs for employee development
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and guidelines
• Investigate disputes and facilitate effective resolutions
• Oversee the recruitment process and HR systems management

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of HR experience in unionized environments
• Strong background in youth-serving organizations preferred
• CPHR designation or qualified equivalent
• Thorough understanding of employment law and best practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and project management abilities
