Hr Manager For Multi Site Operations St Bruno De Montarville (St-Bruno-de-Montarville)

Join Redstone Food Group as their Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR for four production plants in Ontario. This role requires strategic and hands‑on skills to support 150 employees effectively. The HR Manager will be the key point of contact across all sites, responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Your role is tailored for someone with over 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and the ability to implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities Conduct full‑cycle recruitment and planning
Coach supervisors on performance management
Maintain compliance with federal and provincial laws
Manage payroll updates and perks administration
Lead HR projects and continuous improvements
Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
CHRP/CHRL preferred
Experience supporting multiple sites is an asset
Solid relationship‑building skills
Willingness to travel between facilities
