Manager, Affinity Pricing Strategy Development

Shape the future of Affinity pricing as the Manager responsible for enhancing profitability and customer value within the market, collaborating closely with the Senior Manager of Pricing Acquisition Strategy. This strategic role emphasizes leading the development and execution of innovative pricing strategies that drive profitable growth. You will be adept at managing relationships and serve as a key link between AMG and Pricing/Product teams to address inquiries and optimize profitability for Affinity groups. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct AMG strategy and insight for pricing growth
- Control profitability monitoring and discount strategies
- Oversee eligibility assessments for new Affinity groups
- Engage in renewal process decisions with stakeholder collaboration
- Generate communication directives for Affinity partners
- Degree in Actuarial Sciences or equivalent
- At least 8 years' experience in Actuarial functions
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Initiative and resilience in work approach
- Previous exposure to Predictive Modeling is advantageous
