Drive global product strategy in eBay’s Global Focus Categories as a Senior Manager based in Toronto, Canada. Leverage your expertise in strategic leadership and operational excellence to fuel growth initiatives. In this key role with eBay, you will shape and drive strategic initiatives across Fashion, Collectibles, Vehicles, and more. Collaborating with cross-functional teams globally, your focus will be on new growth opportunities and efficiency-driving initiatives. Owning projects from inception to delivery, you will influence roadmap development and support successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive GFC strategy and operational excellence in product planning
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Own strategic projects for growth and efficiency
- Lead end-to-end project management and delivery
- Create executive-ready presentations on strategic initiatives
- 6+ years of experience in product strategy roles
- Expertise in e-commerce or consumer goods industries
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work from the Toronto office 3 days/week
