Steer growth initiatives within eBay's Parts & Accessories category targeting Canadian sellers. This strategic role emphasizes seller management and marketplace performance. Reporting to the Head of P&A, this Category Manager position centers on driving business outcomes for the Parts & Accessories vertical. You will build strategic partnerships with key sellers, monitor performance metrics, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance seller health and buyer satisfaction. Leveraging your prior automotive experience will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage growth strategies and performance for P&A categories
• Build strategic relationships with sellers and partners
• Work across teams to achieve marketplace results
• Evaluate performance data to influence business strategy
• Collaborate with US team on best practice implementation

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in category management or buying
• Proven negotiation and organizational abilities
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred
• High proficiency in MS Excel and SQL
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is preferred
