Monetization Strategy Manager at eBay

Take charge of monetization strategies at eBay as a critical leader in the Global Monetization team. Focus on innovative revenue growth while enhancing user experiences within a dynamic ecommerce environment. This position commands strategic leadership with an analytical focus. You will independently drive high-impact initiatives that influence eBay’s Operating Income and revenue growth while employing a customer-centric approach to monetization. Your work will involve complex problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and impactful stakeholder presentations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-priority monetization initiatives independently
- Develop complex economic and valuation frameworks
- Analyze buyer, seller, and 3P audience journeys
- Conduct market and financial analysis with Insights teams
- Collaborate across functions to implement monetization strategies
- Over 6 years of related experience in consulting or corporate strategy
- Proven quantitative and data modeling skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities for complex challenges
- Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, or a related field
