Drug Safety Associate - Bilingual - French

Cencora seeks a bilingual Drug Safety Associate to support pharmacovigilance operations in Toronto. The role involves processing adverse event reports, managing clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with drug safety regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, and document clinical information in compliance with SOPs and applicable legislation
• Review source data documents, triage adverse events and product complaints, and enter data into databases
• Perform quality checks on adverse event reports and assist with source data verification
• Screen medical and scientific literature for safety information; prepare reconciliation reports and follow-up correspondence
• Participate in non-conformance and corrective action processes as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum college-level education; Life Sciences diploma or degree strongly preferred
• 1–3 years experience in Medical Information, Clinical Research, Drug Safety, or related pharmacy/pharmaceutical roles
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance guidelines from Health Canada, FDA, EMEA, and ICH
• Fluent in English and French (bilingual required)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet access for remote work
