As an Operations Planning Support Associate, you will be responsible for managing individual cases assigned to you with care and precision. You will play a vital role in supporting the Operations Planning Department by ensuring accurate and timely processing of documents and information while contributing to the team’s goals and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate production and processing of assigned documents and information, including report preparation.
• Maintain and update reports using predefined templates to ensure accurate data entry.
• Support achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and overall business objectives.
• Adhere to organizational policies and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain a basic understanding of core insurance-related aspects and relevant legislation.
• Manage each assigned case with accountability and follow-through.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual (French and English)
• 1+ years of administrative experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform similar tasks with excellent care and attention
