Director of Global Accounts (Bilingual French & English)

Close to the decision-making centre of the client or Global locations – for selected accounts

Direct line to Country Head of Sales

Focuses on managing the account, on worldwide level and also on local level to drive profitable and long-term revenue growth as well as customer satisfaction.

Develops strategic relationship with designated Global Customers at all relevant hierarchical, functional, and geographical levels, unlocking revenue and margin growth with the comprehensive portfolio of HR solutions. Identify opportunities for co-creating solutions, 360 relationships and incubating new ideas. Drives NPS and customer advocacy.

Has the full customer responsibility for Sales Growth, GM, Project Pipeline, Stakeholder Management. Defines final delivery location of projects. Is accountable for account tracking on Salesforce.

· Design strategic business & sales plan within local and global Sales Managers.

· Identify new opportunities, qualify their resource needs, negotiate and develop long-term relationships with international clients under his/her responsibility.

· Plan commercial activities, detect needs from clients, plan and design the business proposals and make negotiations with clients to achieve a high level of development for all Adecco.

· Ensure a distinctive approach and contribute with our knowledge to the main sectors of the market.

· Guarantee the achievement of a uniform sales policy and the right application and implementation of international agreements.

· Comply with the local financial procedure and oversee and track the profitability of the business.

· The role is eligible for short-term incentive plan. One part of the plan is based on results from the account generated locally and partially based on results generated from the account abroad. (the exact ratio depends on each specific account)

· At least 5 years (preferably 10 years) of experience in a senior multi-national sales/ operational position.

· Experience in the sector either through a direct role or through the provision of services the industry.

· Experience in a service industry environment and a complex international organization.

· Track record of sales to senior level buyers in procurement, HR/Talent Management function and business owners.

· Proven experience of winning and delivering B2B contracts in an international environment and driving improvement in key financial metrics such as revenue growth, %GM growth, DSO improvement.

Commercial Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biology or related subjects

Salary & Additional Information

*This position is for an existing vacancy.

*The posted range (Base Salary) for this position is between $90,000-120,000 per annum.
