Drive sales as a Sales Manager at thinkRF, a leader in RF monitoring solutions in Kanata, Ontario. Lead the sales efforts for innovative spectrum monitoring platforms to telecom regulators and enterprises. ThinkRF seeks a skilled Sales Manager to join its dynamic sales team centered on advancing RF technology. This role involves managing the sales pipeline across North America and CALA, responding to inquiries, and developing client relationships. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in B2B sales, particularly within the telecom and government sectors. Key Responsibilities:
• Own sales pipeline for North America and CALA
• Manage inbound inquiries and execute outbound sales
• Generate new client relationships and close deals
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships
• Support deal sizes from $25K to $1M+ Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical or Computer Systems Engineering
• 5+ years in B2B telecom or IT sales
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot
