Senior Sales Director for Region

Become a Senior Sales Director in charge of regional success. Manage District Managers, implement growth strategies, and enhance operational performance to drive sales revenue across multiple districts. As a key leader, you'll focus on mentoring and developing District Managers to ensure they meet sales targets while optimizing costs. This role involves significant travel within the region to provide support and assess sales operations directly. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of regional sales strategies
- Coach and develop District Managers effectively
- Monitor sales performance and drive improvements
- Oversee recruitment and development of sales teams
- Prepare and deliver performance reports to leadership
- Minimum of 8 years in sales management
- Experience in optimizing profitability and driving growth
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license with travel availability
