Location: Regina Head Office (100% In-Office)
Division: Human Resources
Pay Range: $61,422.00 - $81,897

As the HR Administrator, youll be at the heart of our operations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our team is supported. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and contributing to our overall success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the administration and delivery of staffing and talent acquisition services. In this role you will identify and maintain screening criteria for all positions and employees; conduct external candidate screening; and process Staffing-related transactions.

Education and Experience
A two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as business administration or commerce specializing in human resources.
Two-years experience in human resources administration.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and functions and how they interconnect.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective and influential relationships with colleagues, external organizations and business partners.
Oral and written communication skills to provide information, advice or guidance to internal partners and vendors, where expertise is required to negotiate with, influence and/or convince.  
Skill in consulting and facilitating.
Ability to analyze and compile data/metrics to support business recommendations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
