ISC is seeking a Compensation Manager with strong technical expertise and a clear understanding of how compensation supports organizational performance.
This is a hands-on role. You will evaluate jobs, analyze market data, test salary structures, support merit and bonus cycles, and advise leaders on pay decisions. You will assess implications before recommendations move forward and contribute to total rewards, including pension, benefits, and recognition.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this individual contributor role offers high visibility and accountability. You will partner with HR, finance, legal, leaders, and external vendors to provide practical, defensible advice.
What you will own
You will lead job evaluation and classification, support restructures, conduct market pricing, and recommend salary structure changes.
You will also:
support merit and incentive programs;
complete pay equity and analysis work;
prepare modelling and benchmarking;
support executive compensation;
manage compensation data in Workday. You will also oversee pension and benefits programs, including renewals, compliance, and employee support.
Who will do well
You bring 6+ years of compensation experience and strong expertise in job evaluation, market data, and salary structures. You are analytical, pragmatic, and able to translate data into clear recommendations.
Workday experience is an asset. A related degree and CCP or CPHR designation are preferred.
