Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

Full-time

North Forty Fine Furniture Ltd.


We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person who is looking for both a challenging and rewarding career.

The roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Account's receivable reconciliation & maintenance including monthly progress billing processes.
- Account's payable reconciliation & maintenance including monthly vendor bill payment processes.
- Preparing and maintaining all Payroll records processing bi-weekly direct deposits, Maintaining Group Benefits, Records of Employment and year end T4's.
- Updating maintaining and preparing 1/4ly reports for Bank, GST and PST.
- Assist in year end preparation, collaborate with outside accounting team as required.

Experience - Proven work experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, payroll, month and year end procedures, financial auditing.

Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office - Word/Excel & Outlook.

Previous accounting courses would be an asset.

**Must have own transportation as we are located 15 minutes outside of Regina - towards Lumsden**
