Administrative Assistant, Financial Services

As Administrative Assistant based in Regina, you will be part of an organization who have earned a reputation of integrity and trusted financial advice.  

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Client Service  
- Respond to client enquiries in a timely, friendly manner; relay messages to the Management team and follow-up as required.  
- Schedule client meetings; prepare documents for Manager and Client use at meetings. Follow-up to carry out required tasks, update files and database information.
2. Administrative Support
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the client database, filing systems and software programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information.    
- Prepare letters, proposals and financial documents.  
- Open new accounts, process account documentation and follow up on outstanding documentation as per industry regulatory requirements.   Ensure adherence to all regulatory rules applying to client accounts and documentation.  
3. Business Relationships
- Participate and contribute new ideas with an entrepreneurial view to enhance business operations, efficiencies and client service.  
- Maintain a high level of client service, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Related training and education are an asset.
Experience: 3+ years experience in the banking, credit union or related financial industries is preferred.  

Computer: Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and a familiarity with database platforms.
