Founded in 1943, Auto Electric Service Ltd. has proudly served Saskatchewan for over 80 years. As a locally owned business and proud member of the Auto Value network, we provide automotive, industrial, and fleet solutions through locations in Regina, Emerald Park, Yorkton, Weyburn, and Estevan.

We're looking for an organized, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and enjoys staying one step ahead.

This role offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 30 hours per week and the opportunity for full-time hours for the right candidate. [On Site.]

What You'll Do
*Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, contracts, and presentations
*Manage calendars, meetings, and email correspondence
*Draft professional communications
*Organize files and maintain accurate records
*Assist with company events and administrative projects
*Handle confidential information with discretion
*Anticipate needs, solve problems, and support daily executive operations

What We're Looking For
*Exceptional organization and attention to detail
*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
*Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Professional, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
