The PartTime Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by delivering excellent customer service, managing incoming calls, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. This role requires a reliable, organized individual with a professional phone manner and strong attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

Take and relay accurate messages

Provide outstanding customer service to clients and vendors

Complete filing, scanning, data entry, and general office tasks

Prepare basic correspondence and internal documents

Maintain a positive, professional office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Administrative or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and phone skills

Organized, detailoriented, and able to multitask

Comfortable using computers and office software

Dependable and able to work independently

Industry experience an asset but not required

HOURS AND COMPENSATION:

Parttime position. Must be available 10 AM2 PM at minimum, with additional hours as needed. Competitive hourly wage.
