Senior Relationship Manager at FCC

With 4-6 years of experience in agriculture finance or business development, you will serve as a strategic advisor. Your passion for agriculture and your ability to nurture meaningful relationships will be pivotal in this position. Key Responsibilities:
• Create customized financing packages for agriculture customers
• Manage loan execution, including approvals and documentation
• Lead financial analysis and credit risk assessments
• Mentor team members for excellence and consistency
• Network with local ag community to enhance relations Requirements:
• Degree in agriculture, business, or related field
• 4-6 years in ag finance or credit analysis
• Strong skills in financial analysis and risk assessment
• Proven relationship-building ability with customers
• Valid driver’s license for travel Drive impactful lending solutions while supporting the agricultural community through FCC.
