In this full-time role, you will spearhead investor relations, client engagement, and overall stakeholder management within the real estate development sector. Bash Developments seeks a qualified individual with extensive experience in commercial financing, municipal relations, and business development strategies to strengthen vital partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop solid relationships with investors and financial institutions
• Liaise with municipalities and regulatory bodies as needed
• Support project approvals, financing, and stakeholder engagement
• Identify recent business opportunities and partnerships
• Coordinate with legal, engineering, and planning teams Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• 7+ years in relationship management or business development
• Robust negotiation and communication skills
• Established network in real estate or banking sector
