Executive Director Strategic Leadership Role
Tr’ondek Hwech’in
Become the Executive Director at Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in in Dawson, YT, where you will lead governance and program execution. Oversee strategic planning and fiscal management with the Senior Management Team. As the Executive Director, you will oversee the implementation of laws and policies vital to Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in’s objectives. This senior-level position demands expertise in public administration and Indigenous governance, alongside strong strategic planning skills. You will manage the team, ensuring alignment with the Council's goals and priorities. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure implementation of TH Government laws and policies
• Provide fiscal management advice and recommendations
• Supervise and direct Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in employees
• Manage annual budget development aligned with strategy
• Liaise with government officials to support objectives Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Public Administration or related field
• Minimum four years of senior management experience
• Strong knowledge of Indigenous self-government
• Experience in HR management and labour relations
• Proven fiscal management and budget expertise Lead Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in’s mission with strategic insight and strong leadership.
