Director of Strategic Sourcing at BGIS

Take charge of procurement initiatives as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at BGIS. Focus on supplier performance and contract governance to enhance operational efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will lead procurement activities supporting client transitions and collaborate closely with BGIS teams. Your focus includes developing vendor management strategies and ensuring high quality across sourcing practices while driving continuous improvements in operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct procurement support for client bids and transitions
• Manage vendor compliance and contract execution processes
• Oversee the maintenance of procurement documentation
• Facilitate quality assurance and risk governance for sourcing
• Track sustainable procurement initiatives and performance Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years experience in procurement
• University degree or relevant certification required
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing principles
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; French considered a plus Drive procurement excellence and enhance client relationships with BGIS while improving vendor performance.
