BGIS Project Controls Officer - Construction
BGIS
Drive construction excellence as a Project Controls Officer with BGIS in a full-time role. You will focus on establishing standardized controls for construction projects while ensuring their accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The Construction Project Controls Officer will partner with Project Managers to enhance construction performance through effective planning and reporting practices. You will analyze key indicators, manage risks, and lead workshops that solidify project control methodologies. Your contributions will drive continuous improvement in construction processes and governance across teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain construction project controls procedures
• Support construction scheduling and resource allocation
• Track cost performance and identify delay drivers
• Collaborate with teams for effective planning and reporting
• Spearhead training initiatives for staff on controls methods Requirements:
• Experience in a Project Controls role within construction
• Advanced skills in cost control and scheduling processes
• Strong analytical skills with MS Project experience
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
