Drive project controls excellence at TransLink in a hybrid role overseeing the $13B Capital Program. Your leadership will shape integrated practices to enhance decision confidence across the organization. As a Project Controls Leader, you will architect and evolve the Project Controls Framework in the Engineering Division. Close collaboration with leadership and corporate partners will ensure standardized practices are in place to mitigate strategic risks. Act as a governance authority to enable data integrity and informed executive decision-making across the capital portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage portfolio-wide risk management practices
• Establish enterprise standards for Earned Value Management
• Oversee integrity of project controls digital platforms
• Define approval protocols for change management
• Provide insights to support executive and Board decisions Requirements:
• P.Eng, PMP, and advanced specialization required
• Minimum 10 years in project controls leadership roles
• Expertise in Oracle Primavera Cloud or equivalent
• Proven governance expertise in public-sector environments
• Strong people leadership capabilities Leverage your project controls expertise to shape the strategic direction of TransLink's capital initiatives.
