Become the Associate Dean of Health, Wellness, and Sciences at Georgian College. Lead curriculum innovation and ensure high standards of academic excellence in a hybrid work environment. This pivotal academic leader role requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the Health, Wellness, and Sciences sector. You will oversee program quality, support applied research initiatives, and engage with faculty and external partners to enhance student success. Your strategic vision will advance college-wide academic priorities while fostering a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide academic leadership to a collaborative team
• Ensure program quality through curriculum review
• Develop new programs addressing market trends
• Oversea budgets, enrolment projections, and resource planning
• Foster strong relationships with faculty and community partners Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health education; PhD preferred
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of academic policies and processes
