Reliability Operations Leader at Sanofi

• Lead maintenance strategy and prioritize activity planning
• Serve as Reliability Owner for key drug product assets
• Ensure strict compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Execute efficient troubleshooting and maintenance activities
• Manage budget planning, tracking costs effectively Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of GMP and regulated environments
• Proficient in RCM and CMMS, such as SAP PM
• Experienced in managing capital projects and production ramp-up Take charge of maintenance and reliability to drive success in vaccine operations at Sanofi.
