This full time management role requires 3 to 5 years of transportation experience, focusing on guiding your team to fulfill goal commitments and KPIs. You will manage inbound and outbound load logistics and uphold high safety standards. Your team-oriented nature will be essential in working with various departments to foster ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire dock team to meet operational targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Process all inbound and outbound loads efficiently
- Report daily on KPIs and dock activities

Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of management experience
- Knowledge of LTL and union environments is preferred
- Excellent communication abilities
