Key Responsibilities
- Lead distribution center operations across East and West facilities
- Drive operational consistency and accountability in the network
- Establish KPIs, operational standards, and performance expectations
- Oversee warehouse functions including receiving, picking, and shipping
- Drive continuous improvement in order flow and service levels
Requirements
- 10+ years in operations leadership
- Experience with multi-site warehouse operations
- Strong background in inventory management and logistics
- Proven ability to scale operations in growth companies
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
