Asset Reliability Lead at YVR

Step into a key role at YVR as an Asset Reliability Lead, focusing on enhancing safety and efficiency for all airport assets. Leverage your expertise while contributing to the airport's maintenance and operational excellence. This permanent, full-time position reports to the Manager of Maintenance Services. You'll be part of a multi-disciplined team responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of YVR's mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, and HVAC systems, among others. Bring your technical knowledge and leadership experience to help maximize asset performance and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct operational reviews and audits for asset compliance
• Build and manage comprehensive asset management plans
• Ensure document control for compliance and reporting
• Utilize data and analytics to assess asset performance

Requirements:

• Red Seal Certification with 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in asset lifecycle management and construction oversight
• Knowledge of airport facilities is an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with autonomy in work
