Senior Planning Leader for Rail Stations

Take charge as the Head of Planning for a significant rail stations programme in Toronto. This senior role focuses on strategic planning and oversight of urban transit infrastructure projects. A leading global consultancy is looking for a Head of Planning to oversee major planning initiatives in Toronto's rail infrastructure sector. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in transportation or major infrastructure projects. You will guide project teams, ensure schedule alignment, and drive governance across high-profile initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and scheduling for rail stations programme
• Develop integrated master schedules for multiple workstreams
• Provide strategic planning leadership to project teams
• Drive governance, reporting, and risk analysis activities
• Mentor planning teams and implement best practices Requirements:
• Extensive experience in major rail or infrastructure programmes
• Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and programme controls
• Proven track record in managing complex integrated schedules
• Strong leadership experience in collaborative environments
• Professional accreditation with recognized bodies preferred Lead strategic planning efforts to shape the future of mobility in Ontario's rail infrastructure projects.
