Senior Data Analyst for Financial Planning

- Deliver budget reporting and variance analysis with insights
- Analyze workforce trends for capacity planning
- Collaborate with teams to promote self-serve reporting
- Implement automation solutions using Power BI and Power Platform
- Maintain documentation for data and reporting processes
- Minimum 5 years in an analyst role with operations support
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Azure Databricks
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver actionable recommendations based on data
