Senior Financial Analyst in Retail Finance

Advance your career in financial analysis as a Senior Financial Analyst focused on retail. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and mentorship in a collaborative finance environment. As a key contributor to the Retail Finance team, you will work under the Retail Finance Business Partner, enhancing financial performance through variance analysis and impactful forecasting. The role includes translating complex data into actionable insights while collaborating with Business Intelligence teams and supporting fellow team members. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct month-end variance analysis to pinpoint financial trends
• Support quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and present insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with BI teams to automate reporting systems
• Mentor team members and encourage a collaborative culture Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in FP&A and finance roles
• Strong background in retail finance and accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling
• Excellent communication skills for relationship building
• Leadership skills for team development Leverage your analytical expertise to foster growth in the retail finance landscape.
