The position is a 12-month contract within the Finance Controllership team. Candidates with over five years of financial experience are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills are crucial. Responsibilities include managing ledger closes, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring SOX controls are in place. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage month-end and quarter-end ledger close processes
• Oversee reconciliations and prepare critical journal entries
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and analyze accounting processes
• Communicate variances proactively during GL close
• Drive improvements in internal controls and streamline processes Requirements:
• 5+ years in financial services institutions
• Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with AI tools
• Strong data management and communication skills
• Accounting designation or equivalent preferred
