Senior Planning and Scheduling Manager (Winnipeg)

Lead operational excellence as the Senior Manager of Planning, Scheduling, and Lean within our energetic team. Drive strategic initiatives, optimize project schedules, and mentor professionals across multiple districts.

In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight to a planning and scheduling team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and industry best practices. Your expertise will guide the delivery of essential training programs, performance optimization, and risk analysis integration throughout project planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct strategic leadership for planning and scheduling initiatives
• Oversee technical training and coaching programs across teams
• Manage and optimize schedules using P6 EPPM and Deltek Acumen
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in lean practices
• Develop change management strategies for schedule impacts

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive scheduling experience preferred
• Postsecondary degree in construction management or related field
• Ability to manage projects valued at $500M and above
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and schedule analysis
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in North America
