Lead transformational change at Gap as a Senior Change Manager for the Next Gen Procurement program. This key role focuses on delivering expert change management across multiple technology implementations. As part of the Gap team, you will spearhead organizational change management for procurement modernization initiatives. You should have a strong background in procurement transformations, stakeholder coordination, and content production for effective training delivery. Your leadership will facilitate adoption success, enhancing processes and supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive communication strategies for four simultaneous releases
• Design training curricula and develop content for user guidance
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments for contract management changes
• Oversee coordination activities for global deployment efforts
• Manage the readiness assessment for enterprise rollout and vendor content integration Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 5+ years of change management experience
• Direct experience with procurement platform implementations
• Proven content production capability at enterprise scale
