- Answer financial planning questions via phone and email
- Collaborate with advisors to complete precise Total Wealth Plans
- Provide technical support on planning software
- Identify and communicate client needs for referrals
- Stay updated with the latest financial planning legislation
- Knowledge of wealth planning including investments and retirement
- Experience with financial planning software tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Required college or university degree
- Aspiration to achieve CFP certification
