Senior Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

This role demands a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex information into clear insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the annual budget and forecasts
- Analyze financial performance and prepare reports
- Support financial decision-making with timely insights
- Collaborate on process improvements and system enhancements
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
- At least 3 years of relevant financial analysis experience
- Experience with financial forecasting and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on results
