Senior Analyst in Financial Planning at OMERS

Work collaboratively with senior management to address expense risks and improve financial strategies at OMERS. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage G&A cost oversight and variance assessments
- Formulate effective expense monitoring systems
- Lead cost driver modeling and financial planning
- Direct monthly and quarterly financial closing processes
- Craft high-level financial presentations for executives
- 2–3 years in financial analysis environments
- Bachelor’s degree and CPA, CA, or CMA designation
- Understanding of capital markets financing tools
- Proficient with financial systems such as Anaplan and Oracle
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for analytical tasks
