Territory Sales Manager at Shaw Floors

Drive sales growth and build relationships as a Territory Sales Manager at Shaw Floors. Focus on residential brands while engaging with customers across Saskatchewan. Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is looking for a results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to enhance sales within residential markets. The ideal candidate brings at least one year of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for product presentation. You will be responsible for daily sales calls, liaising with retail dealers, designers, and end-users, while developing market strategies to drive growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily sales calls on existing customers
- Present flooring products and analyze corporate leads
- Sell and assemble display racks weighing 50lbs
- Prospect new accounts and monitor market trends
- Communicate periodic sales reports via Salesforce.com
- High School Diploma/GED with 1 year sales experience
- Proven communication abilities with diverse customers
- Physical capability to lift over 50lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license with preferred residency in Saskatoon
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
