Drive success as an Advanced Surgery Territory Manager with Baxter in the Greater Toronto Area. Baxter is seeking an experienced Territory Business Manager for their Advanced Surgery division. You will manage your territory, driving sales for Baxter’s innovative solutions in the operating room. Your expertise will build trust with surgeons and hospital teams, significantly impacting healthcare delivery through collaboration and education. Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas for Advanced Surgery portfolio
• Educate OR teams on product features and benefits
• Call on accounts for product demos and technical support
• Build relationships with physicians and hospital administration
• Analyze territory performance and adapt strategies Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proven hospital-based sales success in operating rooms
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Valid driver’s license; travel within GTA required
