Regional Sales Manager

Eco Paving is hiring a D2D Regional Sales Manager to lead, grow, and optimize our direct sales division across key markets in British Columbia, Alberta, and Washington State. Our primary office is located in Coquitlam, BC. We are a fast growing, high performance company with a strong reputation for exceptional client experiences, quality workmanship, and ambitious growth. Eco Paving helps homeowners transform driveways, patios, pool decks, and outdoor spaces with a beautiful, eco friendly paving solution made from recycled rubber. We have completed thousands of projects, built a strong reputation in the market, and continue to scale with significant long term goals. This role is ideal for a proven field sales leader who knows how to recruit, train, coach, and hold a team accountable while building culture and driving real results. What You’ll Do Lead and manage Eco Paving’s door-to-door sales division across assigned territories Recruit, onboard, and develop high‑performing sales talent Coach team members in the field through ride‑alongs, joint knocks, and daily performance support Run daily huddles, weekly one‑on‑ones, and team training sessions Build turf plans, assign territories, and ensure strong market coverage Track team KPIs, sales activity, estimate flow, conversions, and revenue performance Work closely with leadership, marketing, customer support, and operations to improve results Support the development of sales processes, scripts, tools, and training systems Step in to resolve escalated team or client issues when needed Help expand Eco Paving into new territories over time What Success Looks Like A well recruited, well trained, motivated, and accountable sales team Consistent field activity and strong market coverage Improved estimate generation, sales conversion, and booked revenue Positive team culture with high standards and strong retention Clear reporting, disciplined execution, and continuous process improvement Who You Are Experienced in managing direct sales or door‑to‑door teams A strong recruiter, coach, and field leader Highly organized and performance driven Comfortable in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment Able to motivate people, set standards, and hold others accountable Confident working with KPIs, CRM systems, reporting, and sales processes A strong communicator who leads from the front Entrepreneurial, competitive, and committed to continuous improvement Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience in door‑to‑door sales, outside sales, or a similar field environment 3+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience Proven ability to build teams and hit performance targets Experience in construction, home improvement, or related industries is an asset Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle Why Join Eco Paving Strong reputation and an in‑demand product homeowners genuinely want Opportunity to lead a real growth division, not just manage day‑to‑day activity High‑performance culture built on growth, quality, teamwork, and leadership Ongoing development, mentorship, and advancement opportunities The chance to help build one of the leading direct sales organizations in the home improvement space Compensation Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 CAD, based on experience Benefits Uncapped earning potential Fully paid training Financial incentive programs Corporate growth and advancement opportunities Fast‑pay programs and competitive commissions, with strong income potential A professional support team including estimators, project coordinators, and installers A dedicated coach to help set you up for success Dental care Extended health care Vision care If you are a builder, leader, and operator who thrives in the field and knows how to grow people and performance, we want to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
