Lead a high-performing sales team at Ontario’s largest indoor pre-owned dealership, AutoPlanet Brampton. Drive excellence in customer satisfaction and enhance the buying experience for consistently satisfied clients. In this Sales Manager role at AutoPlanet Brampton, you will support and direct a team dedicated to achieving outstanding customer service. You will oversee staffing, motivate sales consultants, and ensure adherence to sales procedures and OMVIC regulations. With your automotive sales management experience, you will enhance the dealership's reputation and drive customer retention and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
• Support and motivate Sales Consultants for high performance
• Manage staffing and scheduling of Sales employees
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to the team
• Conduct sales under OMVIC compliance
• Recruit skilled sales personnel for customer service excellence Requirements:
• 3–5 years of automotive sales experience
• 3+ years in automotive sales management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid OMVIC license in good standing
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure Elevate customer satisfaction and operational excellence as you manage sales at AutoPlanet Brampton.
