We are hiring a Security Supervisor in Brampton to lead on-shift teams, ensure post-order compliance, and be the primary escalation point for clients and guards. You will combine field leadership with clear documentation and coaching. Responsibilities

Supervise guard performance, attendance, and uniform standards on assigned accounts Conduct site inspections, coach guards, and document corrective actions Serve as client liaison for incidents, coverage changes, and quality issues Support scheduling and training touchpoints with operations management Ensure incident reports and handovers meet company and client expectations Requirements

Must be available to work full-time, all shifts Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence Prior supervisory or lead-guard experience strongly preferred Strong communication, conflict management, and organizational skills
