Key Responsibilities: • Design progressive stamp tooling using engineering principles • Coordinate tooling development with internal tool rooms • Manage projects with external tool shops and suppliers • Provide technical support throughout tool build and launch • Document tooling standards and support continuous improvement

Requirements: • Mechanical Engineering Technologist diploma or equivalent • Experience in progressive die tooling and stamping operations • Proficiency in 3-D CAD, preferably SolidWorks • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T • Strong project coordination skills and problem-solving abilities
