WHO WE ARE Sid Lee is a borderless creative agency applying storytelling, design and technology to build customer experiences that matter. Their multi-disciplinary team of professionals works as one, out of offices in Montreal, Toronto, New York, Paris, London, LA and Seattle. Working side by side with progressive clients, they deploy their creative capabilities in several disciplines, ranging from design to interactive and experiential communication to advertising and architecture. Practicing agile creative and production development, as well as radical collaboration both internally and with their clients, they create work that matters, allowing their clients to outperform their competitors and earn the trust and loyalty of their customers.
ROLE As a creative team member at Sid Lee, you will play a key role in elevating the creative output across a diverse range of client projects. You will fuel our culture of innovation, consistently pushing boundaries and championing ideas that are unconventional and strategically sound. We’re looking for agile, horizontal thinkers who can come up with solutions that feel both timely and deeply relevant. You are hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and possess the craft and discipline to turn ambitious concepts into high‑quality finished products.
RESPONSIBILITIES Write copy against copy guidelines and brand tone of voice for film, print, digital and social.
Create artwork within brand guidelines and brand tone of voice.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Create structured work that clearly articulates a campaignable idea.
Process information supplied by client/strategy/account services and translate into effective creative work.
Proof creative work to ensure accuracy of information.
Present work and develop relationships of value and respect with the client.
Stay up to date with new innovations and industry trends.
REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of agency experience and a solid portfolio.
Demonstrate originality, innovation, and multidisciplinary thinking through your work.

Exceptional knowledge of current cultural trends.
Creative vision and attention to detail beyond established norms.
Fluent in English, verbal and written.
COMPENSATION The base salary range for this role is $55,000 – $70,000 CAD annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
