Client Technical Support Analyst - Aviation

CAMP Systems seeks a Client Technical Support Analyst to engage with our aviation customers through performance analysis and maintenance recommendations. Apply your technical expertise to enhance engine management. This analytical position emphasizes supporting clients by analyzing gas path performance to identify deterioration and suggest optimal maintenance actions. We're looking for individuals passionate about aviation and data analysis. Your insights will play a vital role in validating system capabilities and improving customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret gas path performance data
- Provide technical support for engine performance issues
- Recommend system improvements based on analytics
- Support the development of innovative products and services
- Document all customer communications thoroughly
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of related aircraft maintenance experience
- Expertise with Honeywell TFE and/or HTF models
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Capability to analyze large datasets effectively
